Octavia joins TCV Trust and Wealth Management with a robust background in corporate law, business transactions, and intellectual property. Before joining TCV, she served as a Corporate Attorney at McKennon Shelton & Henn, where she was instrumental in handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, and due diligence. Prior to that, Octavia held the position as Counsel at Hibiscus BioTechnology, LLC, where she focused on intellectual property matters, licensing agreements, and fostering research collaborations for innovative biotech solutions. Octavia earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law and has been a member of the District of Columbia Bar since 2021.
