Prior to joining TCV Trust and Wealth Management, David worked in the Technology Management field for over 20 years. In April 2019, he joined TCV as Vice President of Information Technology and Security Officer. David oversees the architecture and implementation of all operational and business support systems that the organization uses to operate and manage the business. He is responsible for developing and enhancing an information security program, maintaining compliance with multiple regulations or directives, specializing in the documentation, preparing for audits, and accomplishing annual compliance checks. David holds a BS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
